Shaela Hug

Article: Black & white print on Lenox acid free paper

Image size: 12″x12″, Paper size: 15″X15.75″, Framed: 20″X20″

Shaela Hug portrays the unconditional love of a child. Children are simple at heart and pure in spirit. They don’t have ulterior motives for showing their affection. When my six year old granddaughter gives me a hug, it is a full body hug. She wraps her arms and legs around me and pours her love in a deep embrace which lasts for several seconds. It’s a divine experience!

Based on a true story. It is a part of the series, “Lessons Learned from Six-year Olds”. Each piece is hand-printed by the artist. A portion of the money from the sale of this print is donated to mental health.

Black and white print – a part of the series, “Lessons Learned from Six-year Olds”

The inspiration for this print came from the full body hugs Shaela, my six year old grand daughter, gives. She just wraps her arms and legs around your body tightly, warming your heart to the core!
