Geese are cited as an example of leadership. They fly in V formation. When the lead goose gets tires, another will replace it. Thus they take turns to lead when their expertise or energy is needed most. In this synchronized dance through the skies, geese demonstrate that true leadership is not about ego or dominance, but about fostering a culture of support, trust, and cooperation. By embracing the lessons of the geese, we can elevate our own leadership, guiding our teams to new heights of success and fulfillment.

The Story Behind

"If you want to walk fast, walk alone. But if you want to walk far, walk together." - Ratan Tata

I served as the New Brunswick Teachers' Associations Vice-president(2003-04), President-elect(2004-05), and President (2005-2007). Leadership requires team building, collaboration, and working together to accomplish the goals.

Geese, to me are an example of leadership. There is a lot we can learn from these birds.

This mixed media painting has numerous layers, and a mix of different techniques and media - Acrylic inks, acrylic paint, stencils, Japanese ink wash, and much more. The superimposed goose contains within it all the other geese, symbolic of the whole flock working together.

Knowing where one wants to go, setting the goal and focusing on it are important in order to succeed. If one can eliminate distractions and stay focused on a single goal, success is not hard to attain. Sometimes it takes a young six-year old to remind us of this. It is based on a true story.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
