I am committed to providing good quality original art works. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 7 days and receive full refund (shipping excluded) or a replacement of equal value.

Please read the details below about how to make a return.

Return by Mail

  1. Take a photo of the damaged article & the shipping container that it came in within 2 days of receiving it.
  2. Attach the photo to an email and send it to induvarma@outlook.com with a brief description of the problem with the art work.
  3. Please state your reason for return and state if you would like a refund or a replacement of another piece of similar value.
  4. You will receive an email of acknowledgement. Please do not ship the item back before hearing back from me.
  5. Please return the article in the same shipping container and ensure that there is a track back method to avoid the article from getting lost.

Return in Salt Marsh Studio

It is recommended that larger items, ceramic pieces, fragile sculptures and framed art works be returned in the studio, if possible. If not, please ensure that the item is well packaged, with fragile label so that it arrives in good condition.

There is an added advantage of returning in Salt Marsh Studio. You will receive a 10% discount on your next purchase. Besides, you can actually see the pieces and choose a replacement piece that you like.

Gift Return

The same policy is applicable to gift returns. If the recipient of the gift is not happy with the art work received, he/she can return it by following the return policy outlined above.

Exchange

At Salt Marsh Studio I am committed to providing a piece of original art that you like. If you are not satisfied, I am happy to exchange it for another piece of similar value, provided it is returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the art work is not damaged or broken.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If you are not happy with the art work purchased, your money will be refunded or a replacement item of equal value will be given. Please follow the return policy as outlined above.
