Being Six is… a part of the series, “Lessons Learned from Six-year Olds”.

This print lists many of the adorable qualities of six-year olds. We were all children once and we had many of these adorable traits. However, burdened with the stresses and strains of day-to-day living, we sometimes forget to dance, sing, laugh or create. There are six balloons in the image. Children love balloons. They not only delight the children but also have rather an uplifting message. When filled with air, they rise up.  Moving up symbolizes continuously striving to do better. It means continuously observing, learning and improving one’s knowledge and skills because there is always room for improvement.
